Responsibilities
What You Will Do
- DAS installation in both carrier and public safety spaces
- Understand different OEM and connection types
- Troubleshooting
- Line sweeping and PIM testing
- Fusion Splicing and Fiber testing
- OSHA 10, CPR, First Aid is a plus
- EMT installation
Qualifications
What You Will Need
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of Telecommunications Industry desired but NOT required
- Cabling or construction experience a plus
- Willingness to travel
- Comfortable in self-directed environment
- Strong character and direct and honest communication
Physical Demands
The physical demands representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to type, file, or lift office supplies up to 25 pounds. The employee may drive for extended periods of time, including all weather and light conditions.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
- Hourly Position/Non-Exempt Status
- Days of work are: Monday through Friday. Some evenings required.
Travel
- Travel to job sites/ markets as needed.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable under the company insurance policy.

Expected compensation includes $20.00 to $25.00 per hour and benefits including medical, vision, and dental benefits, and 401k retirement plan available for eligible employees. Compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as an individual’s education, training, experience, skills, geographic location, seniority, merit, and other factors that are job related and consistent with business need.
