Job Summary

The HR Team at Centerline is responsible for propelling the growth of our company by delivering data centric, innovative, scalable technology, and process solutions for the HR Team. The Talent Operations Coordinator will partner and support the HR and TA team with Talent Coordination and administrative projects.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do

  • Support TA and HR with onboarding duties to transition candidates to new hires
  • Collaborate with fellow Ops Team members, TA Leadership and Recruiters to understand the operational needs
  • Partner with TA leadership to implement, maintain, and improve TA processes that the team can find efficiencies from and optimize their work.
  • Special Projects as assigned.

Qualifications

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or Talent Operations, preferably with US-based experience.
  • Strong team player
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Amenable to full time, on-site, and graveyard shift.
