Job Summary

The Junior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for ongoing management of Salesforce and will provide day-to-day operational support to internal users. This is a collaborative and detail-oriented role that will interact with multiple parts of the organization and make an impact on the daily operation of the business.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Support of our Salesforce instance (Sitetracker).
  • Support of Salesforce users, profiles, roles, permissions sets and other administrative responsibilities.
  • Develop reporting based on requests from the Operations team.
  • Responsible for bulk uploads from the operations team.
  • Responsible for data cleanliness and identifying and resolving inaccuracies within our system.
  • Organize and consolidate information from external sources to be put into Salesforce.
  • Proactively collaborate with Operations to solicit feedback and to ameliorate existing processes.
  • Develop a foundational understanding of our instance to provide support and train end-users.
  • Other similar duties as requested

Qualifications

What You Will Need

  • Previous technical support experience a plus.
  • Previous operational experience supporting multiple teams and/or departments a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn new systems.
  • Good troubleshooting, analysis, and research skills are required.
  • Excellent communication skills are required.
  • Good people skills and team player.


Note: The company require all employees to work on-site at our office in Bacolod City. Hours of work is at night, from 10PM to 7AM.
