Responsibilities

Here's a glimpse into your daily tasks:

  • Installing lines and antennas;
  • Installing microwave links, replacing microwave dishes;
  • Installing and maintaining indoor wireless networks;
  • Setting up fiber optic cabling;
  • Adding equipment to existing structures or dismantling equipment or structures;
  • Maintaining telecommunications towers;
  • Fiber optic tasks (replacement and/or installation, verification);
  • Installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunication equipment;
  • Other tasks related to company operations.

Qualifications

Summary of desired skills for success in this position:

  • Great ease of adaptation and teamwork;
  • Autonomy, methodical approach, and proactive attitude
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the province and occasionally to other provinces for projects
  • Excellent physical fitness and strong manual dexterity
  • Ability to work at heights (from 0 to 300 meters)
  • Ability to work in challenging weather conditions both in summer and winter
  • Strong adaptability skills
  • 1-2 years minimum experience as a telecom rigger
