The HRIS Specialist will work under general direction from the HRIS Manager to oversee the day-to-day functions of the HRIS system.

Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in troubleshooting errors within the HRIS system and escalate as needed to the HRIS Manager.
· Assist in maintaining a user-friendly library of helpful SOP’s and self- service guides for employees and managers.
· In partnership with the HRIS Manager, evaluate the HRIS system upgrades and processes for function accuracy.
· Support data entry quality and initiate changes and improvements as needed.
· Help maintain user access roles and access permissions with regular testing the access permissions.
· Write and provide reports to clients
· Participate in the development and maintenance of HR dashboards and reports using ADP, PowerBI and Excel
· Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency in systems.
· Participate in various HR projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
· Help create cases/service requests with software vendor when necessary and keep end users appraised of the status of their issues/requests.
· Provide general HR administrative support, including maintaining employee files and HR databases.
Education and Experience:
· Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HRIS
· Proficiency with HRIS software, systems, and data flows.
· Functional knowledge of ADP Workforce now or UKG is a plus.
· Advanced skills and proficiency in Excel/Word required.
· Excellent analytical, problem solving and complex logic skills.
· Great attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Bachelor’s degree is preferred
