The Project Controls Associate is responsible for supporting a variety of duties and tasks related to the financial
management of ongoing projects. This is a collaborative and detail-oriented role that will interact with multiple
parts of the organization and make an impact on the daily operation of the business.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to impact operational performance, develop analytical skills,

Essential Functions:

● Entering customer project information into project tracking database (Salesforce)
● Review and analysis of existing data to ensure accuracy and validity.
● Communicating with internal staff on issues/discrepancies and working towards appropriate resolutions.
● Responsible for data maintenance and governance within our system.
● Organize and consolidate information from external sources to be put into Salesforce.
● Proactively collaborate with Operations to solicit feedback and to ameliorate existing processes.
Job Specifications:
● 2+ years of previous financial support experience a plus.
● Proficient in MS Excel.
● Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn new systems.
● Good troubleshooting, analysis, and research skills are required.
● Excellent communication skills are required.
● Good people skills and team player.
● Amenable to work on-site, graveyard shift.
● Can start ASAP.
