About the role 

 

The Program Manager ensures that activities are cohesive in order to meet the objectives, costs, deadlines, expected quality and scope of the project. He also ensures the successful implementation of the solution, while being aware of risks, acceptability, management of changes and transitional measures to complete the project. 

Responsibilities

Here's a glimpse into your daily tasks:
 
  • Take over the general direction for the formulation, development and implantation of projects; 
  • Plan and manage all of the projects aspects, including and not limited to scope, implementation and budget; 
  • Manage projects and sub-projects; 
  • Assess changes to projects deliverables and determine impacts on associated and interdependent tasks and projects; 
  • Asset project progress with team leaders and the management; 
  • Identify and correct gasp so the projects progresses as planned; 
  • Solve business and technical problems or ensure they are resolved; 
  • Identify and manage the risks; 
  • Analyze the schedule based on resources, costs and the level of job performance; 
  • Effectively communicate the project’s progress to the owner, the management and the team leaders. 

Qualifications

Summary of desired skills for success in this position:
 
  • Experience required as a project manager, in a complex organization or with complex projects; 
  • Have significant experience in a similar role and in large-scale projects; 
  • Good stress control; 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English; 
  • Knowledge of telecommunication services and language; 
  • Sense of responsibility; 
  • Concern for well done work; 
  • Respect for deadlines; 
  • Ability to work within an interdisciplinary team; 
 
Technical expertise: mastering Microsoft Excel, including advanced tools, information searches, data and file fusion, document integrations, macros and more.
 

Education: 

  • DCS / DEC (preferred) 

Experience: 

  • Wireless telecommunication: 5 years (preferred) 
  • Project Management: 5 years (preferred)
