Job Summary
Potential candidate will be responsible for managing all project tracking and forecasting and maintaining scope of work and budget. Candidate must be capable of interacting with client and supervise a design team and sub-consultants to ensure project standards are met and delivered on time.  The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently, understand code requirements and engineering standards, work efficiently and multitask.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do
  • Manage production teams and field technicians.
  • Lead business development efforts for region, focusing on new work opportunities.
  • Work closely with other engineering departments and site development groups to maintain optimum production and efficiency.
  • Review work prepared by team, maintaining production schedules
  • Understand the client’s network and equipment
  • Manage client schedule and expectations
  • Meet with client(s) and report schedule and market for new work
  • Interact with city/town, client and contractors to resolve scope changes and RFIs
  • Write proposals and participate in marketing efforts
  • Some travel required 
  • Keep track of staff time on projects/training/meetings/etc.
  • Work with structural and fiber departments on interdisciplinary training and marketing.
  • Complete company required training/policy reviews in a timely manner
  • Manage production teams including review/hire/fire responsibilities.
  • Understand direct reports career paths and help guide and train them to achieve their goals.
  • Proactively work with other divisions at Centerline to foster trust and teamwork.

Qualifications

What You Will Need
  • 10 or more years of wireless telecommunications experience.
  • Bachelor of Science in an engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Proficient in CAD, GIS, and other technical software.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear
  • The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms
  • The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
  • Travel to local sites will be required. Travel will be primarily during the business day, although some projects may require occasional overnight travel.
