Position Summary:
As a Part-Time Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and safeguarding the health and well-being of our employees. • Provide healthcare services, including first aid, medical evaluations, and emergency response, while demonstrating critical thinking and excellent bedside manner.
• Manage clinic operations, maintain medical supplies, validate certificates, and ensure accurate medical record-keeping.
• Lead health initiatives, disseminate health bulletins, and conduct safety walks to ensure protocol adherence.
• Promote and oversee employee participation in evacuation drills, preparing post-mortem reports.
• Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and DOLE standards, ensuring compliance through monitoring and corrective actions.
• Organize safety training sessions and implement hazard control and industrial hygiene programs.
• Assess workplace risks, recommend corrective measures, and coordinate with local authorities on OSH requirements.
• Maintain updated safety organizational charts, OSH permits, and ensure compliance documentation is current.
• Generate and consolidate weekly and monthly clinic and OSH reports
