As we continue to expand our wireless strategy business, Centerline is seeking an experienced Vice President of Operations for our L&A (Line & Antenna) division, specifically focused on civil, construction, and wireless network deployment and maintenance. This senior leadership position will play a pivotal role in driving growth and operational excellence within the Northeast U.S. region.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in wireless telecom, with a strategic and hands-on approach to execution, planning, and business development. The VP will lead key initiatives to deliver practical wireless solutions in close collaboration with high-profile clients, while also providing strategic oversight to assess wireless readiness and identify actionable, cost-effective mitigations.
Additionally, the role will focus on winning and successfully delivering complex, large-scale projects that involve the design, construction, and deployment of wireless services strategies and policies. Expected compensation includes $160,000 to $210,000 a year benefits including medical, vision, and dental benefits, and 401k retirement plan available for eligible employees. Compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as an individual’s education, training, experience, skills, geographic location, seniority, merit, and other factors that are job related and consistent with business need.
