The Director Operations – Data Center Services

The Director of Operations – Data Center Services will play a key leadership role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects within the data center environment. This position requires strong operational acumen, leadership, and technical expertise in managing mission-critical infrastructure, including power, space, frame & environmental control, and ISP/OSP copper & fiber installation and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Critical Infrastructure/Data Center construction, maintenance, and service delivery, and will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across multiple functions.

This role will focus on developing and maintaining efficient operational workflows, overseeing project execution, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring that client expectations are met with high-quality and timely deliverables. The Director of Operations will serve as the key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring the alignment of Centerline’s operational capabilities with client needs.

Supervisory Responsibility:

The VP will manage all employees of their department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within that department.  

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

• This is full-time exempt position. 
• Days of work are Monday through Friday.
• Some evenings/weekends will be required.

Travel

• Nationwide travel to other markets as needed (up to 50%)
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable under the company insurance policy.

The pay range for this position is 150,000-175,000. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience (in addition to medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered). This information is provided per the California Equal Pay Act. Base pay information is based on the market location.
