Job Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Site Acquisition, Site Acquisition Consultants are responsible for managing Site Acquisition duties for new wireless facilities or modifications of existing wireless facilities. The Site Acquisition consultant will manage work to accomplish market objectives for their customers by managing internal and subcontracted resources who have been engaged to complete the work. They will work with the market and the client to manage feasibility, time frame, and scope of work for acquisition activities.
Perform all site acquisition activities, including identification, due diligence, surveying, leasing/licensing, zoning, and regulatory filings for wireless facility projects.
Establish, implement, and maintain standardized procedures for tracking deliverables, updating market trackers, and ensuring data accuracy.
Ensure the effective flow of information among Site Acquisition, Permitting, Construction, Project Management, and Client teams to support smooth project execution.
Collaborate with internal site acquisition personnel, managers, clients, and legal teams to resolve business and legal approval issues efficiently.
Evaluate and refine current processes to improve efficiency across site acquisition operations, including technology utilization and staffing strategies.
Coordinate the ordering and tracking of due diligence deliverables, such as title searches, environmental reports, regulatory filings, lease exhibits, and engineering plans required for zoning and building permits.
Utilize internal reporting tools to provide senior management with clear project status updates and key performance metrics.
Interface regularly with Zoning, Field Engineering, A&E consultants, and general contractors to support the construction of high-quality, cost-effective wireless sites.
Partner with A&E firms to coordinate zoning submissions, construction documents, and permit packages.
Maintain a working knowledge of permitting processes, building applications, construction documentation, and utility coordination requirements.
Ensure that all permitting, inspections, and code compliance activities are completed accurately and on schedule for assigned projects.

Experience in real estate, paralegal work, site acquisition, or project coordination.
Knowledge of zoning, leasing, and real estate contracts, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant legal and regulatory standards.
Telecommunications industry experience strongly preferred.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
Willingness to travel for site visits and meetings as required throughout the market.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), along with database or project management tracking tools.
Expected compensation includes $55,000 to $85,000 as an annual salary and benefits including medical, vision, and dental benefits, and 401k retirement plan available for eligible employees. Compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as an individual’s education, training, experience, skills, geographic location, seniority, merit, and other factors that are job-related and consistent with business need.
