Responsibilities:
• Perform administrative tasks such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling
correspondence.
• Create, update, and manage reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Excel.
• Provide support in organizing and maintaining databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Assist with preparing and processing various company communications and records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support administrative needs related to customer and
supplier accounts, specifically AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile.
• Handle communication and provide support regarding telecommunications services and plans,
including billing and account management.
• Process and track orders and requests, ensuring timely follow-ups with vendors and internal teams.
• Monitor and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring compliance with
company standards.
• Assist in project coordination, including tracking deliverables and timelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, formulas,
and data analysis.
• Previous administrative experience in a corporate or telecommunications setting.
• Experience with AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile services, including account management, billing,
and vendor relations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple
departments and external vendors.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in data management.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency with office software and tools, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in managing customer accounts with major telecommunications companies such as
AT&T, Verizon, or T-Mobile.
• Previous experience in a support or customer service role related to telecommunications.
• Knowledge of telecom billing systems and processes.
Education and Experience:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in administrative support or a related field.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
• Experienced in handling labor-related matters, including participation in DOLE seminars,
attending SENA conferences, and managing labor cases.
• Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) is a plus.
• Experience in a BPO setting is a plus.
• Amenable to work on-site & in the graveyard shift.
