The Project Manager will provide overall management for both large and small scale telecom infrastructure projects, programs and operations. The Program Manager will oversee regional construction operations and project responsibility with given clients and/or programs; managing personnel, vendors, subcontractors and other key personnel and their interactions with clients. Reporting to the EVP-Operations, the position is part of our Construction Division and provides leadership for direction setting, evaluates teams strengths and weaknesses, interfaces with other internal managers to determine appropriate courses of action to organize and manage the most productive and efficient teams.
The Project Manager will directly manage Construction Managers and Field Technicians, including but not limited to: implementing company policies, aiding in the training of employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; evaluating employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. You should be a self-driven individual able to execute operations with minimal direction.

This is a full-time exempt position. Days of work are Monday through Friday. Some evenings/weekends required.
Travel
The pay range for this position in Massachusettes is $110,000 - $130,000. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience (in addition to medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered). This information is provided per the California Equal Pay Act. Base pay information is based on the market location.
