We are seeking to hire a Project Manager to manage all aspects of our Critical Infrastructure program. The Project Manager will focus on project execution from bid through site completion.The Project Manager will work with high-profile client and practical implementation of Critical Infrastructure solutions.

What Will You Do

  • Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversight of team members in the development and delivery of projects
  • Working in a rigorous manner to deliver accurate, high quality, engaging and client-ready outputs
  • Supporting the professional development of junior colleagues, including line management opportunities
  • Responsible for P&L for specific line of business
  • Responsible for overseeing construction operations of installations

What You Will Need

  • Project Management experience supporting fiber installations
  • Experience in reviewing QA/QC tests supporting fiber installations
  • Ability to relay testing results to customer
  • Experience with scheduling with fiber installation projects
  • Exceptional project management experience
  • Experience with end user customers on installation projects
  • Experience with utility companies, specifically power utilities
  • Strong experience with construction operations on installation projects
  • Proven success with developing and implementing ambitious business improvement and implementation strategies
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • CST or EST time zones preferred
  • Excellent computer skills – MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk and hear. The employee may be required to walk long distances, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee may drive for extended periods of time. The employee must also occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds.

 

 

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is full-time exempt position.  Days of work are Monday through Friday. Some evenings / weekends required.

 

Travel:

  • Travel 50%
  • Travel to other markets as needed.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable under the company insurance policy.

Salary range for this position is 75,000-110,000
